Make Up Classes

Parents are expected to give an explicit 3 days notice of absence / rescheduling via the info email address (check appendix). This is limited to 2 Reschedules per Month. Exceptions are given to: Religious Events, Family Emergencies & School Examination Periods. Rescheduled days are to be taken as credits. Credits must be noted to management, and expended by the following methods: Rescheduled to another class section or attending a remedial section.

Refund Policy

Parents are entitled to a refund of their payment if the following applies:

Student is not fit for the program, identified by either parents or the instructors after 1 month
Students choose not to attend the program after 1 month

Refund Payments.

Month to Month Plans: Refunds are prorated on a weekly basis.
Bulk Payment Plans: Full refund on remaining months if refund is requested prior to end of 2nd month of bulk program. Refunds are prorated on a monthly basis with 175 dollars subtracted per month remaining.

Registration Details

Students must provide registration details including emergency contact information and medical conditions prior to entering the classroom. If this is the students first class, this must be confirmed with the student/parent. [11.1] Payments
Parents are expected to made at the 1st weekend of the month. If parents are being charged by Credit, payments will be automatically done on the 1st by JackRabbit. If parents are paying via cash or cheque on a monthly basis [3 Month Post Dated or Bulk], please deposit to management personnel & make a note of the transaction.

Lesson Start Dates

Students may join on any week of the month. The students tuition will be billed immediately, prorated
for the remaining weeks attending in the month. Billing commences to 1st of the month in the next month.
Tools and Materials
Students will have the opportunity to use the facilities of SV Robotics under supervision of equipment trained SV Robotics Instructors or Employees. Materials that is not explicit to curriculum delivery will not be provided. Tool Boxes are provided in bulk curriculum plans. If students are enrolled in month-month plans, tool boxes must be purchased. Students have the option of bringing their own laptop.

Suspension of Studies

SV Robotics Academy reserves the right to suspend students for non-payment of tuition or inappropriate conduct. We expect all students, parents, and teachers to treat each other with respect and consideration. Suspended classes will be allocated towards credit systems.

Personal Property

SV Robotics Academy does not assume responsibility for personal property (including but not limited to clothing, technology, purses, vehicles, etc.) lost, damaged, or left unattended on school property, and the parking lot of 169/179 Enterprise Blvd.

Unattended Minors

SV Robotics Academy does not assume the well being and safety of minors who are left unattended on school premises, in common areas and parking lots of 169/179 Enterprise Blvd.

Collection of information policy

All personal information collected by paper or electronically will be kept within SV Robotics Academy and will not be disclosed to anyone for soliciting purposes. The information is accessible by SV Robotics Academy staff to contact families or schedule classes.

SV Robotics Academy will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions only.

Collection of Information

SV Robotics Academy uses a Safesave payments and Vantiv to handle and process online credit card transaction. SV Robotics Academy is not capable of viewing credit card number entered by clients during registration or added to portals.

Disclosure of Your Information

SV Robotics Academy does not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of College, State or Federal government business, or under circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies or for other general administrative services. We do not disclose information about you to other entities who may want to sell their products to you.
